Li Andersson is a MEP from the finnish Left Alliance party, and part of The Left in European Parliament. Despite being from a left wing party, she is widely respected and considered one of the most popular politicians in Finland, having a large fanbase across party borders.
In the "Puhutaan Suomesta" campaign we took to the streets of Helsinki and Turku to talk to people about life in Finland. The only rule was: say what's on your mind! People shared their concerns from various topics, ranging from street lights on their home corner to the current state of the health care system; from conservation of local rivers to the struggle of finding work as an immigrant.
The interviews produced a six-part series published in Andersson's social media, Facebook and Instragram.

Tuuva's campaign video went viral, earning more than 100k views in the first 24 hours. Tuuva was elected to the local council with an impressive vote count for a first-time candidate.
